How To Use A Carpet Stencil

Our Carpet stencils are simple and easy to use.

1. Start with a clean mat.

2. Lightly mist the mat with water.

3. Brush the pile of the carpet in one direction.

4. Carefully place the stencil in the desired location.

5. Gently hold the stencil in place and using a hand brush, brush the carpet in the opposite direction to before.

6. Carefully remove the stencil to reveal the design.

Once dry, the design is not permanent but it is surprisingly durable.
The design can be removed by misting it with water and brushing it out.
